Puentes is a nonprofit in New Orleans that works towards empowering Latinx youth through education and leadership programs like Escalera and L.U.N.A. Our mission is to create pathways for success, building bridges for the next generation of Latine leaders

What Your Dollars Do
We are seeking general operating support to continue nurturing and uplifting a diverse cohort of Latine youth by giving them access to educational opportunities and actively engaging them in transformative initiatives focused on community development.

I’m so thankful to know there’s a place to go where my culture is seen for so much more than its poverty or disadvantages.
