
United Way of Southeast Louisiana, in partnership with the Royal Sonesta New Orleans, is proud to present
the 23rd Annual “GOT GUMBO?” Cook-Off on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:30 p.m.
This year’s theme is Back to Bourbon. After the devastating New Year’s Day attack, it’s time to show the French Quarter and our local restaurants some love. We’re inviting the community to be tourists in their own town, sampling the best gumbo New Orleans has to offer while supporting an incredible cause, United Way.
While the competition promises fun, the cause is serious. Proceeds benefit United Way of Southeast Louisiana’s work to improve the health, education, and financial stability of everyone in our seven-parish region: Jefferson, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, and Washington Parishes.
